Privacy Policy Nikaya

Nikaya (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we use it when you use the Nikaya mobile app (the “App”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We collect the minimum data needed to run the App:

• Sign‑in info from Apple/Google (SSO): your email address and a provider identifier. If you allow, we may also receive your display name. We never receive your password.
• App data we create for you: meditations you complete and your daily streak.

We do not collect: contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, health data, advertising IDs, device tokens for push notifications, analytics, or crash reporting. The App currently has no in‑app purchases and we do not collect payment data.

• Create and manage your account and let you sign in.
• Show meditations, track progress, and display your streak.
• Keep the App secure and provide support if you contact us.

We do not use your data for third‑party advertising or selling.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share:

• With Apple or Google so you can sign in.
• With trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting) who process data for us under strict confidentiality.
• If required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Your account and streak data are stored securely and transmitted over encrypted connections. We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

• You can request deletion, access, or correction of your data by contacting us at pranav@infowayindia.com from your registered email.
• Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may have additional legal rights which we honor.

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the latest version.
